It is with great regret that Bound by Kink, LLC, announces the cancellation of Derby City Fetish Ball 2005, due to the loss of the venue and the inability to find a replacement on short notice.

 Please be aware that the loss had nothing to do with politics or issues within our group or with the event.  The owner of our venue was foreclosed on, and the building is no longer under his control.  He had no problems with our group or our event.

 We have made attempts to find a new venue, but with the time and resources available to us, we feel we have no choice but to cancel.  We may try to hold the event in the spring, but we will, regardless, be back next November, so mark your calendars now for the weekend of November 10, 11, and 12, 2006.

 To those of you who had agreed to present or volunteer for us, or vend with us, please accept both our gratitude for your generosity and our apologies for the turn of events.  To those of you who had purchased tickets, we will be issuing refunds in the next two weeks.  You may also hold your registration over to next year if you like, and be exempt from anticipated price increases in 2006.
